What's Up With The St. Thomas Weather Forecast?
This has to be one of our most asked questions. When you look at the forecast for St. Thomas it looks like its going to rain everyday. You want to buy real estate on St. Thomas in the beautiful Virgin Islands and enjoy activities outdoors in the sun!

Here an explanation of why there is a chance of rain in the forecast for the Virgin Islands every day. The weather service guesses everyday what the chances are that we might have a passing shower somewhere on the island.  If you read the forecast for a few days you'll notice it is nearly always the same: temperature between 80-88 degrees Farenheight, partly cloudy, chance of showers. We need some showers to fill the cisterns for our water supply.  Now you can "hang your hammock" on your own Virgin Islands real estate and enjoy the sunny, tropical weather all year.
